BUYING PROCEDURE:

(For locally based clients)

1) Contact us directly for inquiries of unit availability and showroom viewing.
2) Choose your unit floor level & unit number. Choose at least 3 units for availability options. Ask for a computation or payment schedule.
3) Pay the Reservation Fee. Accepts Credit Card, Checks & Cash.
4) Submit Requirements (2 government issued valid IDs) with signature.
5) Always contact us directly for assistance & questions.
6) You are now one of the proud owners of SMDC condominiums. CONGRATULATIONS!


(For clients abroad)

1) Contact us thru our email or you may call us for direct inquiries of unit availability and other details.
2) Choose which type of unit (1 bedroom, 1 Bedroom w/ Balcony, 2bedroom w/ Balcony, Tandem units), unit floor level, and unit number.  Floor Plans will be provided thru our website or email for your reference.  Choose at least 3 units for availability options.
3) Email me scanned copy of complete and signed Reservation forms (soft copy of blank reservation forms will be emailed)
4) Email me your scanned 2 valid government issued IDs with signature.
5) Wire Transfer the Reservation fee to:

        >Banco De Oro
